I honestly can't say what the reason is, but I've been rediscovering Star Wars lately. Recently I stumbled onto the "Versus Series" on youtube where Star Wars fans pit Jedi and Sith from the canon movies and expanded universe against one another. Lot of fun. So much fun that I finally broke down and did my FIRST EVER Luke Skywalker drawings. Here the progression of my latest piece:
